Paul Stephen Griffin, age 65, of Jenkins, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at his residence.  He was born on July 1, 1953 in Jenkins, Kentucky to the late John Riley and Susie Ann Mullins Griffin. 

    He was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Bobby Joe Griffin; two sisters: Reta Sharon Short and Judy Ann Hopkins; one brother-in-law, James Hopkins.

   Mr. Griffin is survived by one brother, Phillip Ray Griffin(Brenda) of East Jenkins, Kentucky; one brother-in-law, Frank Short, Sr. of Neon, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of other family and many friends to mourn his passing.

  Special appreciation to Phillip Griffin, Jr., Iffy and Kristy Hall and Bobby Bates for the care that they provided for Mr. Griffin.

 Visitation for Mr. Griffin will be held at the Polly & Craft Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, January 8, 2019, with family viewing at 5:00 PM and public visitation from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

   Funeral services for Mr. Griffin will be conducted on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 12:00 PM Noon from the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jeff Slone officiating.

   Interment will follow in the Smith-Gilliam Cemetery at Wise, Virginia.
